Our pork is sourced from Blythburgh Farm in Suffolk. The pigs are born and reared free range and allowed to grow and develop at a much slower rate than intensively farmed pigs.

Our 30 month aged parmesan is imported by Crouch’s Italian Deli in Borough Market, they are obsessive about quality and work closely with family run producers in Italy.

Head bee keeper Curtis has built a network of hives across the UK to nurture and protect Britain’s fragile bee population. Their honey is a key component in our classic Honey Truffle Parm.
